Worked with some very good people on the terminal level. Interesting industry.

Minpunten

Communication from home office was poor. Senior management did not listen and was not supportive. Seemingly no consideration for adequate staffing on the terminal level. Much more concern for the look of a terminal and staff than effectiveness.

Minpunten

BTT has hit the ground running in terms of developing their culture and systems with it's departure from Maersk. Not all ties are severed at this time in terms of infrastructure.
