Pluspunten

The office culture is something you won't experience anywhere else. The company has a pool table, dart board, pinball machine and a golf arcade game. We took days off to go Cedar Point, the Indians home opener, and company trips (examples: casino buses to Niagara Falls, Hawaii, Mexico, Bahamas, etc.). It's a work hard play hard culture. If you perform, you will be well compensated both monetarily and by other fun perks like trips. I made over 60K my second year out of college (in addition to a company trip). Overall, I made good money, learned a lot and gained great work experience.

Minpunten

It's not always an easy job, but your career should challenge you. As I said, it's a work hard play hard culture. You can't expect to reap the benefits if you don't put in the work. There's a reason they have the money to take company trips and do fun things -- they work hard and are good at what they do. If you think working hard is a con, this place isn't for you.

Pluspunten

Strong coaching and clear direction from leadership. The company teaches proven hiring and recruiting principles and provides a clear path to success. There is a lot of autonomy as well; you're given enough rope to succeed (or hang yourself), which means people who take ownership of their work and follow the process can do very well here.

Minpunten

If you want a "job" and not a "career," you probably won't last. Why? The recruiting field is too competitive. Your competition will win and you'll feel inferior to the talent internally.

Pluspunten

I was hired as an Intern going into my Senior year. It was an incredible experience. There's no way some of these reviews are real. Management was supportive and they gave me a ton of training. I sat in on monthly company meetings and internal trainings and completely felt like part of the team. The President took time with me to talk about sales and the industry and I could tell he genuinely cares. Everyone was friendly, the building is the coolest I've seen so far, and it felt like an environment where I could learn and grow.

Minpunten

I mean, sales is difficult, and it seems like recruiting is heavily sales driven. It was intimidating getting into parts of the job where I didn't feel like I had all of the answers.
