This company does not have morals and it seems to be the norm and accepted Focus has too much emphasis on being fun rather than being professional. This is not a sorority but a place of business and should be treated as such. Good employees are not valued. Can literally go a full year or more without a raise, review, or bonus. Management was put in place by their friends who are VP - so who can you go to if your manager is the issue? Not his/her manager who is their best friend. HR does not keep things confidential Management in place does not live up to the CEO and what he expects and it's really sad and unfortunate
