I have been at ABA Connect for a significant amount of time now and am truly happy. The owners are very involved and sincerely care about their employees. I feel like my coworkers are all invested and care about the job they are doing as well. At ABA Connect I am a real person who is valued and appreciated which is just one of the benefits of working for a smaller company!

Minpunten

Training and supervision can be uneven between teams, leading to differences in how services are delivered. As the company grows, internal systems and processes have not always scaled at the same pace. This can result in inconsistent support for staff and variability in day-to-day expectations. In some cases, oversight and leadership structures do not fully reflect the level of experience needed to guide clinicians effectively in a fast-growing setting.
