(During covid-19, employees were forced to go back to office, and they were even tracked with a cellphone) - Company does not care about customers (They are only after big 500 fortune companies) - Company will try to lay off as many employees as possible in order to save as much money as they can - Company will force their software engineers to switch and use the cheapest software products in the market (even if they are awful) just to save money. Even if it affects productivity and roadmaps. - CEO and higher management do not listen to any feedback to improve morale, and business productivity.
