To me no more than obnoxious kids. 2): Not open to inputs, suggestions. I found peoples ego get hurt. 3): Openly right wing staff and few managers. 4): If you hate the culture of "Ego, Fear and Politics" you should avoid 5): If you are technically very sound, this is not the place for you. 6): I was so fed up, I eventually put my papers. 7): If you resign, they will not allow you to serve notice period. Make your plan with new company accordingly. 8): Your stocks will be cancelled immediately, so make sure you vest all your shares before resigning. 9) To me bunch of losers who take help of politics and groupism to push any potential threat to their comfort zone 10) lower guys lick upper level guys to survive in the slowly sinking ship.
