Minpunten
- Management unqualified and are promoted by other managers who are equally unqualified/incompetent and they're all friends - Weaker employees are not trained and instead have their work dished out to the stronger employees so the root cause is never addressed - Stronger employees have to take on much more than just the weaker employees' work, yet they're given no pay rises, bonuses or significant recognition - Rare pay rises/bonuses and if they are given, they're given globally so the stronger employees who earned more are not awarded more - There is a huge issue of segregation and class separation between staff and management; management are treated like royalty who take lunches when they want for however long they want. If a staff member steps out of line even slightly, they're made an example of - Terrible recruitment ethos; they would rather bring in unqualified new starters in order to fill seats quickly as opposed to waiting and hiring someone who will actually contribute to the team/business - New starters are paid significantly more than existing staff and as I said, pay rises/bonuses are rare - The company is very unqualified and unprepared to deal with mental health. I still have several contacts at Broadspire, all of whom are struggling with mental health - Inability to grow and listen to good ideas if they come from staff members; managers will often downvote any ideas but then revisit them months later and take all the credit - Severely lacking career opportunities for anyone who isn't afraid to stand up and defend themselves/others against management
