Pluspunten

Good systems put in place for quoting and sales management. Training is always available. Encouraged to manage sales territory autonomously.

Minpunten

Unrealistic goals. Each region treated the same as far as quota and revenue achievement. (Idaho has less business than San Francisco). They lost a step with the Foundry puchase. Ethernet switches are not as powerful as competition (Extreme, Force10, Arista...etc.) Before Foundry purchase, sales were mostly through OEM. Brocade management didn't know how to manage sales going directly to VAR or customer.
