No raise. Super stressful. I worked as a "roll racker" for 4 years. I was required to make a quota of 300 pieces am hour or I would get fired. I carried so much clothes with me to make quota that I threw out my back. After 4 years of working there, I got a raise only once. A raise of 25 cents! A month later, I resigned. For the first 3 years the central air didn't work. Manager did not seem to care. I worked under poor working conditions. This company is very greedy.
