wfh 4 days a week if youd'd like how hard you work = how much youre getting paid dont need to do site work if youre a designer, there's project managers

Minpunten

if youre starting a family, dont come very low basic of 3 digits + coms grinding sales is important directors like to change the contracts of payment schemes internally

A good platform to kickstart your design career esp for fresh grads. Processes are solid. Flexible working hours

Minpunten

Too much work but little compensation given. We are stretched thin but pay not so much. Takes a lot of time to see the fruits of your labor. Internal management can be better.
