Pluspunten
I worked for BSG for 7-8 years as a school custodian/lead school custodian. I ended up coming back after SSC/Compass Group bought BSG due to health related issues. While there have been some positive improvements, some of the same issues that were present 3 years ago are still occurring. Pros include better employee pay, the possibility to win gift cards when you work hard/stay safe at work, more affordable benefits, and kinder management. (I say kinder management because I've worked with managers who have frequently screamed at me/other employees.)
Minpunten
Pay is still low in comparison to starting pay at gas stations and restaurants in the area, poor communication between management and employees, high employee turn over/call in sick rate.
