Thanks for taking the time to feed back to us. We’ve developed a plan with actions aimed at improving how we all work at Bulb now we’re operating at a much bigger scale. That plan addresses many of your concerns including developing our career progression framework and working on our internal communications so it’s clearer to more people how decisions are being made.
