They say they do but they don't, mostly because those people "Directors" trying to preserve their roles in the company to hide their incompetence (most of them been there for a decade) - Too many complicated processes for simple tasks, too many manual processes which are a total waste of time - Leadership team have their faves, so good luck to you if you aren't in that fave list - They don't like Employee Survey (in fact never done any) or any form of employees feedback, because they are so arrogantly rotten, they think they are the best and again, the Directors trying to sweep turds under the rug so they can keep their jobs. Exit interviews: haha don't bother, they are perfect..you are the problem! - No visions, no missions, no accountability from the Leadership team. Running blind to achieve annual revenue goals (what about profit and people's happiness?)
