Unprofessional and poor management. No security of job. Highly unethical. It may happen that one fine day you go to attend the office and you are terminated by giving stupid reasons. Not safe for females. There is no sexual harassment committee which should be there as per the law. No recognition to performers. Too much of favouritism and politics. People are used and thrown out. No respect for an individual.
