Job ist sehr eintönig, intellektuell überhaupt keine Herausfordung, Arbeitsvertrag wurde nach 4 Wochen geändert. Schichtplan momentan von 8-17, 14-23, 17-02:00 Uhr, wobei man die Schicht von 8-17 Uhr höchtens alle 6 Wochen bekommt. Man muss Samstags, Sonntags und an Feiertagen arbeiten. Gearbeitet wird an allen Weihnachstagen, Silvester und am 1. Januar. Es gibt überhaupt keine Work-Life-Balance! Ich würde keinem Empfehlen hier zur arbeiten, der ein Privatleben haben möchte.
