      A varied organisation with different skill sets to learn and different projects to engage with

      Lots of bullying and internal back-stabbing. Spiteful and vindictive managers, who will do anything to get to the top. No support for staff and a very nasty and horrible atmosphere internally.

      Thank you for your feedback We take management of personnel seriously and have made changes to our training and guidance for managers following this review and encourage employees to speak directly to Human Resources so that issues can be tackled head on. We will continue to monitor and work with our teams to encourage a positive working atmosphere that promotes the best in people.

      Great atmosphere and management. Love working with every one of my coworkers.

      Can be exhausting with customer complaints, especially since most of them are complaints directed at other departments that are taken out on us.

      Great colleagues with a lot of knowledge and very willing to help, company and team events a lot of fun

      Significant changes were decided above us then imposed as non-negotiable, aka this is what's happening whether you like it or not, suck it up and move on. Pay is nowhere near reflective of the amount of work that needs putting in. My department only got yearly bonus due to an administrative error by a director, the FY26 bonus structure itself was worsened significantly. New systems have been spoken about for a long time but the rollout is forever delayed.
