Pluspunten

The employees are great to work with, but they are led to rebel against each other by the NAFTA President and other managers. Most of the employees will do anything to help each other out until to their direct manager interferes and tells them that it isn't their job. The best manager they had in the 10+ years I've seen they let go because he didn't follow these ridiculous management styles.

Minpunten

Upper Management creates a hostile work environment for middle management and employees on purpose. I have even heard the President say that "people work better when they are scared for their jobs...."

Thank you for sharing your opinion and we are happy that you enjoy working with your co-workers. We pride ourselves on hiring the most capable employees that enjoy working autonomously, as well as within a team. It is truly unfortunate that you have lost faith in management. The decisions that were made in mid-2015 were done to help advance the company forward. We do agree that these changes could have been communicated more clearly and therefore have listened to the concerns, heard what employees said and will make every effort to communicate changes like this more clearly in the future. Changing the roles of some of the management team members and combining the strengths of Canada and the US have created an environment for fast growth, which opens up opportunities for all current and future employees. Unfortunately not all decisions made by management can or will be transparent. The lack of transparency in some cases is to protect the company and sometimes to protect the people with in it. It is never the intention of management to create a hostile work environment, as we want all employees to feel free to express the characteristic of Courage. This Courage also creates the responsibility of employees to speak and act freely as well as think outside the box. Therefore, we welcome you to discuss your concerns with anyone in a managerial role which includes the any member of the management team, human resources, supervisors and team coaches; they are always available to help explain anything that isn’t clear.

They can’t seem to keep good sales managers who care about their team. What’s left is a political, self-promoting team of lackeys that is only concerned for themselves. It’s toxic.
