There is nothing professional about working with this organization. Their expertise seems to lie solely in bothering you. If you wish to experience a living nightmare, consider joining this company. The top-level management is comprised of individuals of questionable competence, and favoritism reigns supreme within the organization. They treat employees poorly, sometimes resorting to offensive language and dismissing it as a joke, while the managers prove ineffective. They lack any meaningful organizational values. I would recommend staying unemployed rather than working with this company. Despite being in the IT field for 21 years, they haven't surpassed 100 employees.
