Pluspunten

Colleagues and supervisors are respectful on work-life balance! Due to the international focus of many of the c40 work, there are sometimes evening calls with external partners from different time zones, but supervisors are generally flexible and support time off in lieu.

Minpunten

People are so nice that you just feel bad to say no and then end up doing more work. It is a good con to have.

Laughably low pay, limited opportunities for career progression, insubstantial work, questionable outcomes, terrible management, despicable treatment of workforce that shows with an incredibly high turnover rate. Management doesn’t care and continues to hire and break motivated young people eager to make a difference, and who will inevitably leave, utterly disillusioned.
