CASP is a great learning environment and helped me grow a lot as a person. Teaching children and dealing with their parents makes you mature in ways other jobs can't.

Minpunten

The pay is extremely low!! It's great if you need extra cash but I was not paid enough for what I had to deal with during a typical day and that's why I inevitably quit.

Some of the schools are pretty far, but overall not a huge negative

The best part of working at CASP is the people you get to work with. I became friends with all the people at my school! If you like working with kids then you will also love getting to know most of the kids and getting to play with them every day. This is a great part time job for college students or for anyone who enjoys working with kids!

Minpunten

If you don't click with your program manager then you can pretty much guarantee upper management wont like you. program managers report back to upper management and if you get on their bad side, upper management will start looking for little things to get rid of you. So make an effort to get along with your program manager!!
