Pretty good PTO policy (aside from the fact that if you use it all, you're fired LOL)

Minpunten

Raises are laughable, dress code is stringent, pay is low, if you use all your PTO they will fire you, not a lot of room for growth.

I enjoyed my time at CASTO. The benefits are great, upper management is great to work with, and the culture within company was inclusive.

Minpunten

The future of CASTO appears to be a build and sell method rather than a build and manage. Not that it's a bad thing, but does make job opportunities appear unstable and force staff to jump around.
