During team meetings and direct communication Some supervisors are allowed to yell, scream and hang up on team members. Voice of customer and/or customer expectations doesn’t matter. We are accused of working for customer instead of acknowledging problems. Repeatedly, management doesn’t stand up for customer expectations. Non existent Management support for employees and don’t care about their concerns. They take a stand making management always in the “right “. This sets a precedent where employees are wrong (then target them for coming forward), but pretend to hear you loud and clear. In the real world, management is supposed to represent BOTH sides fairly.
