The morale is constantly low and once it starts to come up, management is sure to crush it with a new rule to enforce about how you are chained to your desk and not eligible for overtime (although the recruiter said you are). Also, do not expect to be paid on time for your bonus if they do not somehow not give you that either. Raises are not allowed during the year and will be reviewed based off of the process they have yet to build out (2 years later). CDI does not care about anything but themselves, so be prepared.
