This one is tough. There seems to be a lot of “pros” at first but it quickly turns.
Minpunten
Micromanagement, of which is often wrong. Call center. They say it’s not, but it absolutely is. Extremely low pay. Low quality employees are often overly empowered in pseudo-leadership roles. Inequitable benefits. Repetitive base level worked being disguised as “HR”. High turnover with zero change.
