Because I have been a trainee won by a wave of public tender, my period of work in this company was only 10 months, with no chance of extension.

Good benefits in comparison to private companies.

Minpunten

Lots of lazy workers; political management; employees hired due to relationships with politicians or top-level management members; no meritocracy; no career path; no types of incentives for high-educated employees. The company was privatized in 2019, but the management culture is only focused on increasing revenues and high-educated workers are not valued.
