      It's a big name in the agri-development consulting

      Minpunten

      Extreme cases of workplace incivility, can bog down one morally. Won't recommend anyone to be a part of this culture. They do nothing if you create a grievance to that with concrete evidence. It's because the entire structure of the organization is that way.

      Meaningful work with dedicated, intelligent colleagues. Nice balance between scholarly freedom and research for development. Research support systems are strong. Access to significant bilateral donor funding.

      Minpunten

      Fundraising is a necessity and sometimes feels like it takes more of your time than research. The organization is currently in transition and tends to undergo reforms every 5 years. National and international staff divisions can feel unjust.
