We do have great benefits and they get better every year!! And our work structure is great, we agree! We are structured for growth, allowing for more opportunities for everyone. I’m disappointed you feel we have a lot of turn over. CHA is experiencing our lowest turnover since pre-pandemic days. More people are choosing CHA and choosing to stay at CHA!! We pride ourselves on creating a positive and respectful environment for all our employees and we can see the impact it is having; our turnover is at a record low!!
