They'll give you opportunities for advancement. They literally bend over backwards for you. If you can't make it there, you need to do a little self reflection.

The only one I can think of is what happened to us. They'll sell out to a 3rd party company and your out of a job.

US Office: Favoritism, an unethical leadership culture within the Spanish leadership team, violations of the code of conduct by leaders themselves, and a lack of soft skills in leadership. Actions are being driven by personal preferences and grudges held by Spanish leaders rather than professionalism and fairness. HR department is just a joke.
