I should have went by the reviews and avoided this place - werkgeversreview PFS bij CHRISTUS Health

This place is ran like a warehouse it feels like a factory. Its clear they have no trust in there employees. No cubicles you are on a table with a computer. They tell you where to go when to go how to go. Micro manage to the extreme i was lied to in the interview about that. They claim to be open door but how they do that to me seemed intimidating and maybe that is exactly how they want it. They have big boards in every dept for everyone to see that shows if you doing your work or not. Pfs team seemed stressed and very tense. I just couldnt do it. I dont care how good the benefits are if the environment is toxic i cant do it.
