-Management consistently allow scopes to expand, usually paired with less time to deliver as well -Projects allow for no outside creative consulting work, every project follows same routine “CMA Analysis” - Tend to view low to mid level staff as purely resources, no regard if they need to stay until 2 am every night. In fact it’s almost weirdly expected. -They do a good job highlighting steps required for promotion, but then don’t always staff you in roles to allow you to prove you can do said steps -Some project managers make themselves unavailable to review critical pieces, only for analysis results to be blamed upon the junior and mid-level staff who ran it post delivery
