      Pluspunten

      Laid back, supervisors let you do your own job and does not bother you. A good place to work for after graduating college with no work experience. They're willing to give you time off if you have a good reason why you need it.

      Minpunten

      There is no opportunity for growth. Work can be monotonous and boring if you working on big projects that last for months. Pay is not great, and there's no incentive if you're willing to work harder.

      There is no overtime. If you have nothing on your resume yet this would be a good start to your career.

      If you have a solid resume prior to the economy turn down then this is not the company for you. Putting this on your resume will not aid you to acquire another position. Unless, you are only looking to fill the time. This companies has a D reputation in the Finance world and will reflect poorly on you when looking for permanent work . There are no new skills that can be learned to advance your career. CMC health insurance is structured like a Temp agency it will cost you one pay check per month. It is rated the lowest type of health care a company can legally give you. You are treated as second class citizens.
