Great benefits, annual raises and bonuses. Lots of freedom to work on stories you'd like to pursue. Everyone is smart and friendly. No jerks. Managers really listen to you and treat you as someone they want to grow and foster.
Minpunten
No way to get special projects approved from early on, high value placed on seniority and years of service. Lots of bureaucracy and red tape. Pay is low for the work that is done, especially when you're hired into a position lower than the one you qualify for.
