CONTAX provides training for new employees and mentors consultants. You are able to learn from more experienced SAP consultants a hone your skills. Flexible work hours and emphasis on a work/life balance. Employees have a work hard, play hard mentality. Exposure to many different types of projects. Company culture fun, but not overbearing. Coworkers often hang out together for happy hours or to see a cricket match.

Huge depth of opportunity to experience many different ways of doing things in SAP, which is professionally valuable. Outstanding company culture and office culture. Beautiful office in an old factory in historic River North. Exceptional core of long-term consultants who can handle anything and everything - they will make your life easier. CONTAX converted me from a complete amateur to an excellent consultant. I cannot recommend it enough.
