At CPC, drivers are compensated for every minute of on-duty time. With time and a half for anything over eight hours. Weekly paychecks usually have a healthy amount of overtime. CPC is one of the largest providers of private fleet service drivers in the US. It can be tough to schedule off duty activities and appointments. Loads are reliant on multiple team members from loading at the warehouse to relays bringing your trailer to you.
