Wholly-owned by Shell Oil, employees receive most of the benefits of working for a Big Oil company such as Pension, the Provident Fund and bonuses (even hourly workforce gets annual bonus). While it is difficult to move into Shell, the opportunities are there if you network. Vacation is great for salary positions; 9/80 schedule gives you every other Friday off if you don't have special tasks to complete or meetings with visitors.
