      Pluspunten

      CSG treats their employees like adults. That's the best way I can say it. CSG allows it's employees to work in their own way; whatever you need to do to get the job done, you may do so. Employees create their own agenda for the day, there own way of organizing their pipelines and managing their relationships. They are treated like adults, with the expectation that their job is done at the end of the day. Also, the commission structure is very progressive and recruiters can earn extremely good money by simply doing their job. Can't ask for any more than that...

We love each other and we work hard to support each other and motivate each other to do the best work that we can for our clients, consultants, and company. We are growing and while every company experiences growing pains, we are tight knit enough that we fight through it and come out on top as a team.
