Sometimes it's stressful because of deadlines or production expectations. The learning curve is kind of steep. The first couple of months are the hardest; there is a lot of nuance to running the machines and it is a lot easier after you get more familiar and skilled. Most people are frustrated or discouraged some of the time while they are learning.
