Most of the employees are very cooperative and friendly (in most of the departments). Ice and water machines throughout building, as well as coffee, tea, and hot cocoa. Free parking. The pay is decent. Generous PTO package, Beneflex card, and low insurance rates. Loyalty to long time employees.
Minpunten
The longevity of many of the employees, which they will try to sell to you as a positive. It is great for them, but not so great if you're new. One accounting manager in particular is very unpleasant and unfriendly. The turnover rate with that particular supervisor is very high. Be careful. There is another department with a high turnover rate as well. When interviewing, ask how long the position has been open and how many people they have been through in the last year.
