I have worked at two other brokerages in my 14 year career and I have never worked with a more upbeat and supportive team. Everyone here sincerely wants you to succeed and soar. The culture of the office is positive and inclusive, and those in leadership positions are clear, transparent, and open to questions. They highly value the personal drive to succeed and those individuals who have vast experience are willing to share their methods and practices.

I am one of the newest employees so it's hard to address cons yet. I would just say I want to feel included and valued despite my lack of production to this point. And of course I require direction and assistance so I hope they continue to foster that.
