      Pluspunten

      If budget allows there are great opportunities to travel worldwide. Additionally due to the small size of the company, it's teams and the high turn over of staff at all levels there is room for growth quickly.

      Minpunten

      The data storage system is some what accent considering the cutting edge data storage solutions that are offered worldwide making life very tedious for sales and Marketing. Also an extraordinary high turn over of staff due to poor management, lack of SOPs, and high workload with minimal ability to push back.

      Pluspunten

      I worked for a year in the marketing team and really liked the new head of marketing. Unfortunately, she started just when I left but she initiated a lot of positive changes in the short time she was in the position and the team was lighting up a lot as a result of it.

      Minpunten

      The biggest problem is when you are in the marketing team you feel like the production team is running the show, and you don't have much to say even if marketing is your area of expertise.

      - Lots of lovely people work there - You get to travel - You get autonomy depending on who your manager is

      Minpunten

      - No HR so inappropriate things get unchecked - Some managers should have been better reigned in when they fell out of line - Lack of consistency in how staff are treated
