This company manages by belittlement. 4-5 weeks of training on IT, which is pretty good. Then you will be treated like a lesser person (by management and the VP). They don't believe it's the quality of the call, but the quantity. 80 calls a day. Your calls will be monitored by management and the trainers. Not uncommon to get IM's and call backs (or just be yelled at) about your phone call. They will tell you to say it like this...Sometimes 2 different people telling you to say different things, their way, regarding the same call, which makes it hard to concentrate. The people making money here have been there 10-20 years, prior to this industry being overly absorbed. Run fast and far!
