You get to be out of the office for most of your work and you get to be by yourself. Managers will check in with you as needed. It's pretty mindless work if I'm honest.
Minpunten
So many. Time off is a first come first serve basis. If you want vacation time but there is nobody available during that time to run your route, then you can't have time off. You only get 3 paid days off a year, NY day, Thanksgiving day, xmas day. They also have blocked weeks where nobody can take time off and that's ALWAYS around holidays. Unabtainable monthly bonuses unless you get lucky and you get a really good sales route.
