Some members of leadership are prone to verbal outbursts, sometimes completely unwarranted. Leadership feels entitled to your time on and off the clock. Working remotely is frowned upon. Women and minorities are not treated fairly. There is no clear structure for leadership. Management is not held accountable for their actions.
