A lot of good people work here and are always willing to share their skills/knowledge and help out. Internships are paid and make it easy to transition into full-time positions. Any interns I worked with were doing the same work as a full-time employee would be doing anyway, but it provides good flexibility for college students. Benefits were great and had 401k match as well as ESPP. Opportunity to be awarded RSUs.
Minpunten
Proper work-life balance is not encouraged and I have heard and seen others in the office on weekends or late at night. Pattern of "restructures" (at least every six months for the two years prior to when I left) leave others involuntarily bearing the extra work with little to no recognition--financial or otherwise--and suffering heavy knowledge loss. Restructures sometimes come with no warning, sometimes with at least a two-week notice, but it depends on the individual. The company does, however, offer severance for the lay offs (pay in a number of weeks equal to how many years at the company).
