Great team: reliable, team environment, knowledgeable. Cross functional teams were usually pretty good to work with to. Flex and understanding schedules-- encouraged a good work life balance Good opps for growth and career development

CSM team wore a lot of hats and was relied on too much-- which threatened the core focus of our roles and client engagement. Clear role duties and tasks were stretched a lot Evolvement of company put the CSM team in a number of transitions all at once which was taxing on the team Middle management was less than impressive and was just in survival mode.
