Pluspunten
Up to when I left last year, the company rewarded employees for their hard work. Pay rises were not the same for everyone, the company awarded according to what you were worth to them, which I agreed with. It was generally a good company to work for.
Minpunten
I believe there has been a change in management who have implemented changes which are not in the employees’ best interests. They have removed information from the company phones that was helpful to their service drivers and made nonsensical changes to their routes resulting in drivers going many miles out of their way for just one job, then pile on too many calls in a day. Sheer madness.
