Hard to trust the CEO, no understanding of employee value, and plays favorites. The CEO will brush away the concerns of 5+ employees who share the same concern because he trusts his friends' word over those 5+ plus employees. Employees are told "we don't care what you and others say, said person is a good guy" Promised raises that never happen, and other promises in general that never end up happening. People in the same/similar fields who have been with the company less are paid far more because of the political circle.
