Pluspunten

I've been with Callbox for almost 10 years. Those 10 years has its ups and downs but the journey is great. The good thing about the company is it allows their employees to learn, create opportunities and helps enhance your skills. When I started out, I was an agent and did not know anything about online marketing but Callbox gave me a chance to learn and enhance my marketing skills. Where I am now, I owe to Callbox.

I'm happy to say I've learned a lot of skills I didn't know I had, thanks to the people willing to offer me opportunities to practice my talent. I also developed effective problem solving methods in dealing in tight situations, which is a huge plus in my personal growth. The overall company culture is great, I like that they put effort in disaster reliefs and charity programs that improve the quality of life for poor households.

Minpunten

It can be overwhelming to new employees as you need to have a good grasp of the tools they use and business terminologies, but otherwise possible to overcome through training and mentorship.
