When it comes to pay, CallisonRTKL works independently from Arcadis and we do use lots of different sources of information related to our very own industry. However, pay schemes are complex and influenced by many factors, including professional degrees, experience, credentials, expertise, etc. Pay does not play in staff retention as we are competitive at many levels but we can appreciate that in a hot and competitive market, such as LA's, the perception of low pay at CallisonRTKL is possible. We are looking to provide employees more transparency around the compensation process, which may help provide better information in this area.
