Nesco Callos Area managers and VP require that you do a lot. A normal day is to do 20-30 interviews. 20-30 recruiting calls. 10 placements. Having in mind that you have to do a lot of paperwork as there is no online application. Unfortunately you end up getting behind on filing. In addition you have to drive all over the city putting flyers and doing job fairs. You are compared weekly with your co-workers to see who made the most money for the company. Which an email is sent to all of us and we see names and location. If your numbers are low a warning is given. No overtime is allowed. Raises are 10, 20 at the most 30 cents which goes into effect in May. There is no such thing as a bonus or other incentives. It's very hard to grow, no training or certifications are done. Supplies are order every quarter. The word you will hear a lot is "there is no money". Some staffing Specialist are very rude to temps and some managers don't do or say anything.
